Chicken- Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

3 lb. Frying chicken

1 (10 oz.) packages Frozen Broccoli

1 Cup Mayonnaise

1 (10 ¾ oz.) cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

¼ Teaspoon Curry Powder

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

½ Cup grated Cheddar Cheese

½ Cup Bread Crumbs

1 Tablespoon Melted Butter

Instructions:

  1. Boil chicken; cool and bone. Steam broccoli until tender; drain. Grease and 11 x 7-inch dish. Dice chicken and broccoli. Place in baking dish.
  2. Combine mayonnaise soup, curry powder, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and bread crumbs combined with butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 6 servings.
