French Green Beans

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
½ Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Flour
½ Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tablespoon Grated Onion
½ Teaspoon Sugar
½ lb. Swiss Cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream
2 (916 oz.) cans French Green Beans, drained
½ can Onion Rings (Preferably Durkees brand)
Instructions:
- Melt potatoes, add onion, and garlic. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, pepper, and milk to make a white sauce.
- Place green beans in greased casserole. Pour Sauce over beans. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
