Baked “French Fried” Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 Potatoes, washed and peeled, cut into ½ inch strips

1 Tablespoon low fat oil

Instructions:

  1. Dry potatoes and place in a plastic bowl with a lid. Add the oil and shake. All the potatoes should be slightly coated with oil.
  2. Place these coated potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, longer depending on how you like them. You may also add a seasoning of your choice to spice up the flavor.
