Baked "French Fried" Potatoes

Just 3 potatoes, a splash of oil, and a hot oven—boom! You've got crunchy baked fries in 15 minutes. Toss in your favorite seasoning and snack happy.

- 3 Potatoes washed and peeled, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 tbsp Oil low fat
Dry potatoes and place in a plastic bowl with a lid. Add the oil and shake. All the potatoes should be slightly coated with oil.
Place the coated potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, longer depending on how you like them. You may also add a seasoning of your choice to spice up the flavor.
