Colorful, sweet, and totally fun! This Fruit Cookie Pizza starts with a soft sugar cookie crust, topped with creamy frosting and a rainbow of fresh fruit. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a cheerful treat any day of the week!

For crust:
- 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough make your own from scratch if preferred
For frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the fruit topping: any fruit can be used
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup bananas sliced
Make the cookie base:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Press sugar cookie dough into a 9x13 inch baking pan or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, forming a rectangle.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and let completely cool before decorating.
Prepare the frosting:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until fluffy.
Spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
