Colorful, sweet, and totally fun! This Fruit Cookie Pizza starts with a soft sugar cookie crust, topped with creamy frosting and a rainbow of fresh fruit. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a cheerful treat any day of the week!

Ingredients
  

For crust:

  • 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough make your own from scratch if preferred

For frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the fruit topping: any fruit can be used

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup bananas sliced

Instructions
 

Make the cookie base:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press sugar cookie dough into a 9x13 inch baking pan or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, forming a rectangle.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and let completely cool before decorating.

Prepare the frosting:

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until fluffy.
  • Spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust.

Decorate the pizza:

  • Arrange your sliced fruit in your preferred design. The ingredients given above are perfect for an American flag design.
  • Chill and serve!
