Presented by the Delaware Farm Bureau (DEFB) Women’s Committee, this initiative invites youth to “grow their reading garden” by exploring new books, building their reading skills, and discovering the joy of learning through stories.
Students in Pre‑K through 8th grade are encouraged to read 10 books this summer, complete the form below, and return it to the DEFB Food Booth at the Delaware State Fair or to the DEFB State Office by August 1, 2026 to receive a FREE scoop of ice cream from the DEFB Food Booth at the Fair!
