The Delaware Farm Bureau, in partnership with Nationwide, will host a Farm Risk Ready session during Delaware Ag Week on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, from 1–2 p.m. in the Delaware Building.

Agriculture continues to face unpredictable challenges—from supply chain disruptions and sudden market shifts to unexpected disease outbreaks. The Farm Risk Ready session will help producers prepare for these uncertainties long before they occur.

This session will guide attendees through the Farm Risk Ready Plan, a proactive framework designed to help farmers identify potential threats early, respond with clarity, and maintain operational stability. Participants will explore strategies for long-term business preparedness, preventing costly interruptions, and protecting the legacy they’ve worked hard to build.

By the end of the session, producers will leave with practical tools and resources to assess risks, strengthen resilience, and create a plan that keeps their farm running smoothly—no matter what challenges arise.
