Leadership Development Series

Delaware Farm Bureau (DEFB), in partnership with Corteva and Leadership Delaware, Inc. (LDI), is excited to offer five individuals the opportunity to participate in LDI’s Leadership Development Series!

This interactive, hands‑on program helps professionals at any stage of their careers strengthen their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact.

Participants will receive:

• Individualized leadership self-assessment 
• Dynamic classroom-style learning, individual reflection, and group discussion
•  Leadership Development Series field guide to structure and activate your learning
• Classic leadership development book to add to (or start) your leadership development library
• Action plan to apply new strategies
• Built-in accountability checkpoints to track your leadership goals and progress
• One-on-one coaching session at the end of the program
• 90-day check in after the program concludes to reflect on your ongoing learning and impact
