Banana Ice Cream
Homemade banana ice cream naturally sweetened with bananas and made in an ice cream maker canister.
Ingredients
- 2 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 egg beaters or 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 4-5 bananas smashed
- whole milk added to fill line
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Bananas can be substituted with any other fruits/ice cream flavor of choice.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker canister.
- Add ice and ice cream salt around can at ratio of 5 cups of ice to 1 cup of salt.
