
French Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 lb swiss cheese grated
- 8 oz sour cream
- 916 oz cans French green beans drained
- 1/2 can onion rings preferably Durkees brand
Instructions
- Melt butter, add onion, and garlic. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, pepper, and milk to make a white sauce.
- Place green beans in greased casserole. Pour sauce over beans. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
