
Strawberry Pretzel Salad
This strawberry pretzel salad combines a crunchy pretzel crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and a layer of sweet strawberries for a sweet dessert. It’s a refreshing end to any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups unsalted pretzels
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 large strawberry Jello Pack
- 2 cups boiling water
- 16 oz frozen strawberries
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz pack cream cheese
Instructions
- Make Jello with 2 cups of boiling water and strawberries and let sit in refrigerator until it thickens.
- Mix softened butter, 4 tablespoons sugar, and pretzels together. Press in 13"x9" inch glass pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and 1 cup sugar together. Put on cooled pretzels, then put Jello on top. Refrigerate and enjoy!
