Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This strawberry pretzel salad combines a crunchy pretzel crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and a layer of sweet strawberries for a sweet dessert. It’s a refreshing end to any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups unsalted pretzels
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 large strawberry Jello Pack
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 16 oz frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz pack cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Make Jello with 2 cups of boiling water and strawberries and let sit in refrigerator until it thickens.
  • Mix softened butter, 4 tablespoons sugar, and pretzels together. Press in 13"x9" inch glass pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and 1 cup sugar together. Put on cooled pretzels, then put Jello on top. Refrigerate and enjoy!
