Delaware Farm Bureau, in partnership with Corteva Agriscience, is proud to offer scholarships for deserving candidates to participate in Leadership Delaware Inc.’s (LDI) Leadership Development Series. Each scholarship will cover the full $1,500 program fee, paid directly to LDI. Priority will be given to Delaware Farm Bureau members.
The Leadership Development Series consists of six sessions designed to strengthen leadership skills through classroom-style learning, one-on-one coaching, group discussions, and more. Participants will also receive a 90-day follow-up check-in to review progress and goals.
The series will be offered at multiple locations and dates. The first series will take place in New Castle County on February 3, 10, 17, 24 and March 3, 10. The second series will be held in Sussex County on April 14, 21, 28 and May 5, 12, 19. The third and final series will return to New Castle County on September 15, 22, 29 and October 6, 13, 20. Applicants may choose any series that best fits their schedule.
