Young Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Conference
The objective of the Young Farmers & Ranchers Annual Leadership Conference is to surface, grow and develop young Farm Bureau members and provide them opportunities and experiences to strengthen their leadership and ensure effective Farm Bureaus. The Delaware Farm Bureau will have 15 Young Farmer & Rancher Committee members attending this year’s Young Farmers & Ranchers Annual Leadership Conference!
The committee is looking for sponsorship to help cover the costs associated the conference, so that more YF&R members are able to attend and further their leadership skills in the agricultural industry. The average cost per member to attend the conference is $1,500. Our goal is to raise $12,000 in sponsorship to cover half of the total costs associated with the Leadership Conference.

The Delaware Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers Committee consists of both men and women, ages 18 to 40, with the objective of providing leadership in building a more effective Farm Bureau, preserving individual freedoms, and expanding opportunities in agriculture.
