Baked “French Fried” Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes washed and peeled, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 tbsp Oil low fat
Instructions
- Dry potatoes and place in a plastic bowl with a lid. Add the oil and shake. All the potatoes should be slightly coated with oil.
- Place the coated potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, longer depending on how you like them. You may also add a seasoning of your choice to spice up the flavor.
