DEFB Foundation's Milk Run/Walk

Spurred off the need for funding to give children milk, the Annual Milk Run/Walk benefits the Ministry of Caring’s Milk for Children Fund. In 2019, the Milk Run started sponsored the Food Bank of Delaware’s Backpack Program.

Registration starts at 8am, Race starts at 9am

RACE OPTIONS:

5K Trail Run – Registration is $35 until 5/8/2026, $40 after and on day of event

10K Trail Run (NEW) – Registration is $35 until 5/8/2026, $40 after and on day of event

2-Mile Health Walk (NEW) – Registration is $25

RACE/EVENT INFORMATION:

Free race-day snacks at the Milk Run/Walk! Thanks to our generous sponsors and donors, racers will enjoy water, Hy-Point Farms milk, Woodside Farm Creamery ice cream, Seasons Pizza, and fresh fruit from Yates Produce.

The Mr. and Miss Milk Run 2026 titles (5K race only) will be awarded to the first male and female runners to cross the finish line dressed in a cow-themed costume.
